| Secretary | Takes minutes at the monthly Board meetings. |
| Executive Committee | Comprised of Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and immediate Past Chair. |

| Generally three groups of three
Directors, elected in successive years, so their expiration dates are
staggered, i.e. each year three Directors leave, three new ones are
elected. These Directors attend the Board meetings, and support the
Officers in executing their duties. |
