Position Summary and Description
Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on district energy plants, campus-type utility distribution systems, small boiler heating and electric generation plants and co-generation plants.
Responsibilities
Determination of code requirements. Conceptual layout and design. Cost estimates. Preparation of specifications for equipment and systems. Supervision of technicians and junior engineers in project teams. Client liaison.
Requirements
- Knowledge of chillers, boilers, turbines, pumps, fans, engines
- BSME
- PE
- 5 years experience minimum; more preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
