Design, development, refinement and validation of large field
of view flight simulator display systems using a variety of engineering tools
and mockups. Identification and development of key component suppliers.
Management of project (technical and personnel), define objectives, set
schedule, and meet delivery milestones. Travel up to 25% including
international.
Requirements
- 8+ years related experience. Simulation is preferred, but will consider
other industries (i.e. automotive, aviation, etc.)
- Team Leadership and/or Project Management experience is desired.
- 3D mechanical design, project management, and design for low weight and
high stiffness structures in dynamic applications.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Composite and/or opto-mechanical experience is a plus.
- B.S. Mechanical Engineering or Physics, or related M.S. preferred
