| On February 15, 2005, Governor Bob Taft signed H.B. 322 into law requiring each Ohio P.E., P.S. or P.E.& P.S. (dual licensee) to obtain 15 professional development hours (PDH) beginning in 2007 in order to renew registration for 2008 and subsequent years. The State of Ohio will not endorse or certify any course, but will outline the requirements of a course to be used for PDH use. |
