Admission and Scholarships

Admission Requirements:

To obtain Direct Admit status into the College of Engineering, new freshmen must satisfy 3 of the 4 of the following requirements:

  • High School GPA of 3.4 or higher
  • 24 Composite, 25 in Math on ACT or 1010 Composite, 560 in Math on SAT
  • 4 Units High School Math w/ Trigonomety (B or better)
  • 1 High School Chemistry Course (B or better)
     

Scholarship Information:

The College of Engineering offers over 80 scholarships to students of Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical and Computer, Mechanical and Mechanical Polymer Engineering. Financial aid is also available for additional assistance. Information regarding the following scholarships are available in the Dean's Office of the College of Engineering. Please contact Dr. Paul Lam and/or Mrs. Julie Anderson.
